Effective Date: 14th March 2026
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rolelanded. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.
Rolelanded is a product operated and owned by Evolving Mind AI Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (India), with its registered office in Telangana, India. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Evolving Mind AI Technologies Private Limited. All Services made available through Rolelanded are provided solely by the Company.
Rolelanded is a Software-as-a-Service Platform that provides AI-driven interview advisory and preparatory services. The Platform operates on a business-to-consumer model under which users purchase Credits (defined below) to access interview preparation sessions and related advisory features. The Services are automated and delivered exclusively through artificial intelligence systems. No human reviewers, coaches, recruiters, or evaluators are involved in generating outputs or interacting with users. The Platform provides guidance and preparation support only. It does not evaluate candidates, assess employability, rank users, or participate in hiring decisions. The Company does not provide recruitment, placement, or employment services.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Company. By accessing, registering for, or using Rolelanded in any manner, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy. If a user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not access or use the Platform. The Company may modify these Terms at its discretion, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of registration and use. By creating an account or using the Platform, the user represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. The Company does not conduct identity verification as part of its onboarding process. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all eligibility representations.
Individuals under the age of eighteen are strictly prohibited from accessing or using Rolelanded. This prohibition applies without exception, including situations where parental or guardian consent is provided. The Company does not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use the Services. If the Company becomes aware that a minor has accessed the Platform, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately and delete associated data without notice.
The Company operates from India. The Platform is made available to users in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, and other countries, subject to applicable laws. Access to the Platform from any jurisdiction is undertaken at the user’s own initiative and risk. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. The Company does not represent that the Services are appropriate or lawful in every country.
Rolelanded is designed exclusively for individual candidates and authorized enterprise clients managing candidate accounts. Recruiters, hiring managers, employers, or prospective employers do not have access to the Platform for recruitment, screening, or evaluation purposes. The Company does not share User Content (defined below), interview sessions, AI Outputs (defined below), or related data with recruiters or employers. The Platform does not function as a marketplace, job board, or hiring intermediary, and it does not facilitate direct interaction between candidates and employers.
“Platform” means Rolelanded, a Software-as-a-Service application owned and operated by Evolving Mind AI Technologies Private Limited. The Platform includes the website, web application, interfaces, dashboards, features, functionality, software systems, artificial intelligence components, speech-to-text functionality, storage systems, and all related technology infrastructure. The Platform operates as an automated system and does not involve human reviewers or evaluators. The Platform is designed exclusively to provide AI-driven interview advisory and preparatory services to eligible users.
“Credits” means the prepaid, non-transferable, non-recurring units purchased by a User or Enterprise User to access interview advisory sessions and related features on the Platform. Credits do not constitute stored monetary value, digital currency, or a financial instrument. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable, except as expressly determined by the Company. Credits are regionally priced, and currency conversion may apply at the time of purchase.
“User Content” means all information, materials, and data submitted, uploaded, recorded, transmitted, or otherwise provided by a User through the Platform. User Content includes, without limitation, the User’s name, email address, resume, client name, job description, role name, optional interview details, voice recordings, screen captures, prompts submitted to the AI system, and any related materials. User Content does not include AI Output generated by the Platform. The Company does not publicly display User Content.
“AI Output” means any text, advisory response, suggestion, simulation, transcript, or other material generated by the artificial intelligence systems integrated into the Platform in response to User Content or prompts. AI Output is generated through automated systems and is not reviewed by human personnel. AI Output is advisory in nature and is not evaluative, determinative, or predictive of hiring outcomes. AI Output may not be unique to a specific User and may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
“Services” means the AI-driven interview advisory and preparatory functionalities made available through the Platform. Services include simulated interview sessions, AI-generated guidance, speech-to-text processing, contextual response generation, storage of interview sessions and chat logs for User reference, and related features. Services are delivered exclusively through automated systems without human involvement. Services do not include recruitment, hiring, job placement, evaluation, certification, or any guarantee of interview success, job offers, or employment outcomes.
“Enterprise User” means an organization, institution, or business entity that is onboarded separately by the Company for the purpose of managing multiple individual candidate accounts. An Enterprise User may assign Credits to authorized candidate accounts and may access session-related data for monitoring credit usage and preventing misuse. Enterprise onboarding and management are subject to additional controls determined by the Company.
The Company provides the Services through a Software-as-a-Service model delivered over the internet. Access to the Platform is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis subject to these Terms. The Platform operates primarily on a business-to-consumer structure, under which individual users purchase prepaid Credits to access interview advisory sessions. Enterprise clients may be onboarded separately under distinct arrangements that allow management of multiple candidate accounts and allocation of Credits. The Services are paid Services, except for a limited free trial described below. Subscriptions are not recurring, and continued access requires the purchase of additional Credits. In certain configurations, the AI system component may be installed and executed on the User’s local device or environment. In such cases, portions of the functionality operate locally on the User’s system. The Company does not control, manage, or secure the User’s local device, operating system, network environment, or third-party software installed thereon.
The Services consist exclusively of AI-driven interview advisory and preparatory functionalities. The Platform simulates interview environments, generates contextual guidance, processes user inputs including voice recordings for speech-to-text conversion, and provides AI-generated responses based on user-submitted information. The Services are designed to assist users in preparing for interviews. The Services are advisory in nature. The Company does not provide professional certification, employment guarantees, or formal evaluation services. All outputs are generated through artificial intelligence systems integrated into the Platform.
The Platform does not function as a recruiter, employment agency, job board, placement service, or hiring intermediary. The Company does not evaluate, score, rank, certify, or endorse users for employment. The Services do not constitute an assessment of a user’s qualifications or suitability for any specific role. Recruiters and employers do not have access to the Platform for hiring or screening purposes. The Company does not facilitate communication between users and prospective employers. Any employment-related decision is made solely by the relevant employer and is outside the control of the Company.
The Company does not guarantee interview performance, job offers, hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or career advancement. The Platform provides preparation assistance only. The Company makes no representation or warranty that use of the Services will result in success in any interview or selection process. Users acknowledge that interview outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond the Company’s control. All Services are provided without any promise of specific results.
The Company may provide a limited free trial session of up to five minutes to allow users to evaluate certain features of the Platform. The scope, duration, and availability of the free trial are determined solely by the Company and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Access beyond the free trial requires the purchase of Credits. The free trial does not create any ongoing entitlement to unpaid access.
The Services are delivered entirely through automated systems. No human reviewers, coaches, evaluators, or moderators review user inputs or AI-generated outputs as part of normal operations. AI Outputs are not manually validated or corrected before being displayed to users. The absence of human review is a fundamental feature of the Platform. Users acknowledge and accept that all advisory content is generated by artificial intelligence systems.
The Platform operates through artificial intelligence systems that generate responses dynamically based on current user inputs. The AI architecture is primarily static and does not learn from individual user data. User data is not used to train the AI models. Outputs are produced in real time and may not be unique to any specific user. The Company implements system-level constraints and bias mitigation measures. However, occasional inaccuracies, incomplete responses, or unintended outputs may occur. The Company does not design the AI to hallucinate, but does not warrant that outputs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate.
Access to the Platform requires prior account registration. The Company grants access only to individuals who complete the registration process in accordance with these Terms. Registration requires the submission of accurate and complete information as specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any registration at its sole discretion. Identity verification is not conducted as part of onboarding, and the User remains solely responsible for the truthfulness of all submitted information.
All Users must provide a valid email address during registration. Access to the Platform is contingent upon successful email verification through the process prescribed by the Company. The Company may restrict or suspend access to any account that fails to complete email verification. Continued use of the Platform requires that the registered email address remain active and accessible.
The use of disposable, temporary, anonymous, or masked email addresses is strictly prohibited. The Company may block, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with such email addresses at its sole discretion. The User bears responsibility for maintaining a legitimate and traceable email account for the duration of Platform use.
As a condition of access, the User must provide mandatory personal data, including full name, email address, resume, client name, job description, and role name. The Company requires this information to enable interview simulation, contextual advisory responses, and personalized guidance. Failure to provide the required information may prevent access to the Services. The User acknowledges that submission of this data is necessary for the functioning of the Platform.
Users may provide additional interview-related information to enhance contextual advisory responses. Such information is voluntary. The Company processes optional information solely for Service delivery, personalization, analytics, and product improvement. The absence of optional information may limit the contextual depth of AI-generated responses.
Submission of a phone number is not mandatory for account registration or access to the Platform. The Company does not require phone number verification as a condition of use. If voluntarily provided, such information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Uploading a resume is mandatory for all Users. The resume forms the foundational input for AI-driven advisory sessions. The Company does not control or modify the contents of the User’s resume. The User is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the resume. The Company does not review resumes for sensitive data and does not assume responsibility for any personal or confidential information included therein.
Individual Users register directly through the standard onboarding process. Enterprise Users are onboarded separately under arrangements determined by the Company. Enterprise onboarding may permit the management of multiple candidate accounts, assignment of Credits, and limited access to session data for monitoring usage and preventing misuse of Credits. The Company reserves the right to define and modify enterprise onboarding procedures at its discretion.
Users are prohibited from creating or maintaining multiple accounts. Each individual may maintain only one active account unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company. The Company may suspend or terminate duplicate accounts without notice. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction may result in permanent account suspension.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, sublicensed, or made accessible to any third party. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company may suspend or terminate any account found to be shared or accessed by unauthorized individuals.
The use of bots, automated scripts, scraping tools, or any automated means to access or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to implement technical measures to detect and prevent automated access. Any unauthorized automated access may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account and may lead to further legal action.
The User represents and warrants that all information provided to the Company, including registration details and resume content, is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. The User agrees to update any information that becomes inaccurate. The Company may suspend or terminate access if it determines that any information is false or materially misleading.
The User represents and warrants that they have the lawful right to upload and submit all User Content to the Platform. The User affirms that submission of such content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party. The Company assumes no responsibility for verifying ownership or authorization of uploaded materials.
The User represents and warrants that their use of the Platform does not violate any confidentiality, non-disclosure, or employment obligations. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that participation in simulated interviews or the submission of related materials does not breach any agreement with current or prospective employers.
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading confidential employer data, proprietary interview materials, or third-party confidential information unless they are legally authorized to do so. The Company disclaims liability for any unauthorized disclosure by the User. The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of such unauthorized disclosures.
If a User utilizes the Platform in connection with recording or simulating live interviews, the User represents and warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws governing recording, consent, and data protection in their jurisdiction. The Company does not verify the legality of such recordings and bears no responsibility for unlawful recording practices undertaken by Users.
The Services are delivered through artificial intelligence systems integrated into the Platform. The AI system operates in an automated manner without human intervention in the generation of responses. The AI processes user-provided inputs, including text, uploaded resumes, and voice data that is recorded and transcribed for contextual responses. The AI system is configured with system-level constraints and operates within defined technical parameters established by the Company. Where the AI system may be installed locally, processing of certain inputs may occur on the User’s device prior to transmission or synchronization with Company infrastructure. The Company does not have continuous visibility into locally processed data and does not guarantee uniform behavior across different device environments.
The AI system provides advisory and preparatory assistance for interview scenarios. The AI generates simulated interview questions, contextual suggestions, and preparation guidance based on user inputs. The AI does not evaluate, score, certify, rank, or assess employability. The AI does not provide recruitment, hiring, or employment placement services. All outputs are informational and preparatory in nature.
AI-generated outputs are not reviewed, edited, approved, or validated by human reviewers prior to being displayed to Users. The Platform operates as a fully automated system. No human coach, recruiter, or evaluator participates in generating or verifying AI responses during standard operations. Users acknowledge and accept that responses are generated solely by automated systems.
The Company does not design the AI system to hallucinate or intentionally generate false information. However, Users acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading responses. The Company does not warrant that AI Outputs will be error-free, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any information generated by the AI before relying on it in real-world situations.
The Company implements system-level measures intended to reduce unfair bias in AI-generated responses. These measures are technical and procedural in nature. Despite such measures, the Company does not guarantee the complete absence of bias in AI Outputs. Users acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems may reflect limitations inherent in underlying models or data sources.
The AI system operates on a primarily static architecture. The underlying models are not customized or retrained based on individual User data. Responses are generated dynamically in real time based solely on current inputs provided by the User during a session. The AI does not develop individualized learning profiles for Users.
User data, including resumes, interview content, prompts, voice transcripts, and chat logs, is not used by the Company to train or retrain the AI models. The Company does not use User data for benchmarking external AI systems. Data is processed strictly for Service delivery, analytics, security, and product improvement in accordance with the Privacy Policy. No User data is shared with third-party AI providers for training purposes.
AI Outputs are generated using artificial intelligence systems made available through third-party AI providers and are displayed to Users through the Platform. The Company does not claim ownership of AI Outputs as proprietary content. AI Outputs are provided to Users for personal interview preparation purposes. The Company retains ownership of the Platform, system architecture, and underlying technology, but not of the substantive content generated as AI Outputs.
Users acknowledge that AI Outputs may not be unique. The same or similar responses may be generated for multiple Users based on similar inputs. The Company does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, or uniqueness of any AI Output. The generation of similar outputs for different Users does not constitute a breach of confidentiality.
The Company does not reuse individual AI Outputs generated during User sessions for marketing, publication, resale, or redistribution. User-specific outputs are not displayed publicly. AI Outputs are stored for User reference and may be permanently deleted or irreversibly de-identified upon account deletion in accordance with the Company’s data retention practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims liability for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unintended results arising from AI-generated Outputs. The User assumes full responsibility for the use of any AI Output. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, employment-related consequence, or decision made by a third party based on AI-generated advisory content.
All prompts, inputs, resumes, interview materials, voice recordings, screen captures, and other content submitted by a User through the Platform constitute User Content. As between the User and the Company, the User retains responsibility for the content they submit. However, by submitting User Content to the Platform, the User grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, securing, and improving the Services. This license continues for the duration of the User’s use of the Platform and terminates upon deletion of the User’s account, subject to technical processing requirements.
User prompts and related submissions are classified as user-generated content. The Company does not pre-screen or manually review such content during standard operations. The User remains solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe intellectual property rights, violate confidentiality obligations, or breach applicable law. The Company disclaims liability for User Content and reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.
AI Outputs are generated through artificial intelligence systems made available by third-party AI providers and are delivered to Users through the Platform. The Company acts as the service provider integrating and displaying such outputs within the Platform environment. AI Outputs are generated automatically in response to User prompts and other inputs. The Company does not independently author, curate, or manually modify the substantive content of such outputs.
The Company does not claim ownership of the substantive content of AI Outputs generated during User sessions. The Company does not assert exclusive rights over such outputs and does not grant Users any ownership rights in the underlying AI models or technology. The Company retains all rights in and to the Platform, its software, architecture, systems, and proprietary technology. AI Outputs are provided for personal interview preparation use only. Users may not represent AI Outputs as proprietary products of the Company or as certified professional advice.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its design, layout, source code, object code, algorithms, system architecture, trademarks, service marks, branding, databases, and related intellectual property, are owned exclusively by the Company or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the User under these Terms. The User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms. Any locally installed AI agent is licensed, not sold. The User receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software solely for personal interview preparation in accordance with these Terms.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Platform or its underlying technology. Users may not use the Platform or any portion of it for commercial resale, competitive analysis, benchmarking, or development of competing products or services. Unauthorized use of the Platform’s intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
If a User provides feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the Platform or Services, the Company may use such feedback without restriction or obligation. By submitting feedback, the User grants the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, incorporate, and commercialize such feedback for any lawful purpose. The Company is not obligated to implement any feedback and owes no compensation for its use.
All collection, processing, storage, use, disclosure, transfer, retention, and deletion of personal data in connection with the Platform and Services shall be governed exclusively by the Company’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. The Privacy Policy sets forth the categories of data processed, the purposes of processing, applicable safeguards, user rights, cross-border data transfer mechanisms, data retention standards, security measures, and the respective rights and obligations of the Company and Users.
By accessing or using the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees that all personal data submitted to or processed through the Platform will be handled strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy with respect to data protection matters, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
In configurations involving local installation, certain data may be processed locally before synchronization with Company-controlled infrastructure. The Company’s data protection obligations apply to data processed within its controlled infrastructure and through third-party service providers engaged by the Company under contractual obligations.
As a condition of registering for and accessing the Platform, the User provides bundled consent to the Company for the collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data necessary for the provision of the Services. This consent covers all data processing activities required for account creation, interview simulation, AI-driven advisory responses, voice recording and transcription, screen capture, storage of interview sessions, analytics, product improvement, and Platform security. The Services cannot be provided without such consent. By proceeding with registration, the User affirms that they voluntarily agree to such processing.
Consent is recorded electronically at the time the User accepts these Terms of Service and the applicable data protection documentation. The Company maintains electronic records of such acceptance for compliance and evidentiary purposes. The User acknowledges that electronic acceptance constitutes legally valid consent and agreement under applicable law. No handwritten or physical signature is required for enforceability.
Where the User submits resumes or other content that may contain sensitive personal data, the User provides explicit consent for the processing of such data within the scope of the Services. The User further provides explicit consent for automated AI processing of all submitted data, including voice recordings that are transcribed for contextual responses. The User acknowledges that the Company does not control the inclusion of sensitive data within resumes or prompts and processes such data solely for Service delivery. The User accepts that AI-driven processing is integral to the functionality of the Platform.
The User may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform and submitting a request for account deletion in accordance with the Company’s procedures. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to the date of withdrawal. The Company may require reasonable verification before processing deletion requests. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing consent to data processing.
Withdrawal of consent will result in the termination of access to the Services. Upon confirmed account deletion, the Company will delete or irreversibly de-identify User data stored within Company-controlled systems, including resumes, interview data, and AI Outputs, in accordance with its data retention practices. The User acknowledges that withdrawal of consent renders the Company unable to provide the Services and that any data stored locally on the User’s device remains the User’s responsibility unless removed by the User. Any purchased Credits or fees remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
All interview-related content processed or generated through the Platform is treated by the Company as confidential. This includes resumes, job descriptions, role details, interview simulations, AI Outputs, voice transcripts, screen captures, chat logs, and related session data. The Company processes and stores such content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services and enabling Users to access past sessions. The Company does not publicly display User Content or AI Outputs.
Interview materials that relate to specific employers, job roles, or proprietary hiring processes are treated as confidential within the Platform environment. The Company does not provide recruiters or employers access to the Platform for screening or evaluation purposes. The Company does not share employer-specific interview simulations, User Content, or AI Outputs with any employer or third party. The User acknowledges that the Company relies on the User’s representations regarding the lawful submission of employer-related information.
The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the submission of resumes, interview materials, prompts, or related content does not breach any confidentiality, non-disclosure, or employment obligation. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading confidential employer data, proprietary documents, trade secrets, or third-party confidential information unless they are legally authorized to do so. The Company disclaims liability for any unauthorized disclosure made by the User. The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of the User’s breach of confidentiality obligations.
The Platform’s underlying technology, system architecture, algorithms, pricing structures, internal processes, business methods, and non-public documentation constitute confidential information of the Company. Users shall not disclose, reproduce, reverse engineer, or exploit such confidential information for any purpose other than authorized use of the Platform. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of the Company’s confidential information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
Stored data may include voice recordings (audio), interview questions, AI Outputs, chat logs, and text transcripts for future User reference. The Company and Platform does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies for advertising profiling or behavioral advertising. The Platform and its service providers may process limited device, network, and usage data (which may include IP address, device/app identifiers, app version, and event/log data) for authentication, security, fraud prevention, reliability, analytics, and crash/error reporting. The Company does not sell such data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Company reserves the right to introduce cookies or tracking technologies in the future if required for operational, security, or technical purposes. Any such change will be disclosed through an updated policy in accordance with applicable law. Continued use of the Platform following such disclosure shall constitute acceptance of the updated practices, subject to applicable consent requirements.
Access to the Services is provided through a prepaid Credit-based model. Users must purchase Credits in order to access interview advisory sessions and related features beyond any available trial period. Credits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no independent monetary value outside the Platform. The Company reserves the right to define the number of Credits required for specific features or session durations.
Payments for Credits are one-time transactions. The Platform does not operate on a recurring subscription billing model. Users must manually purchase additional Credits if they wish to continue using the Services. The Company does not initiate automatic renewals or recurring charges.
Pricing for Credits may vary based on the User’s region. The Company determines pricing structures at its sole discretion. Prices displayed on the Platform reflect region-specific rates where applicable. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Where transactions are processed in a currency different from the User’s local currency, currency conversion is handled through the Platform or its designated payment processors. The Company is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, foreign transaction fees, or additional charges imposed by financial institutions.
Applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges may be calculated and added at checkout where required by law. Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes associated with their purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include taxes. The Company shall not be responsible for any additional governmental levies imposed in the User’s jurisdiction.
All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors designated by the Company. The Company does not store or directly process full payment card information. Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor. The Company disclaims liability for errors, delays, or failures attributable to third-party payment systems.
All purchases of Credits are final. The Company does not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused portions of purchased Credits, except where required by applicable law. Fees remain non-refundable in the event of account suspension, termination, or voluntary discontinuation of use by the User.
The Company may offer a limited free trial session of up to five minutes to allow Users to evaluate certain features of the Platform. The scope, duration, and availability of the free trial are determined solely by the Company and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Access beyond the free trial requires the purchase of Credits. The free trial does not create any entitlement to continued unpaid access.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by a User, the Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict the associated account pending investigation. The Company may provide transaction records and usage data to the relevant payment processor to contest unjustified chargebacks. If a chargeback is determined to be abusive or fraudulent, the Company may permanently terminate the User’s account and pursue recovery of associated costs.
Enterprise Users may be onboarded under a separate account structure that permits the management of multiple individual candidate accounts. The Company determines the configuration, access controls, and administrative privileges associated with enterprise accounts. Enterprise access does not convert the Platform into a recruitment or evaluation service. Enterprise Users that access candidate session data through enterprise administrative features acknowledge and agree that they act as independent data controllers with respect to any personal data they may collect, access, or process through the Platform for their internal purposes. The Company acts solely as a service provider with respect to the provision of the Platform infrastructure and does not control the purposes or methods by which Enterprise Users process such data.
Enterprise Users may purchase and allocate Credits to authorized candidate accounts. The Enterprise User is responsible for managing Credit distribution and ensuring that Credits are used in accordance with these Terms. The Company may implement monitoring mechanisms to prevent misuse or unauthorized allocation of Credits.
Enterprise Users may be granted limited access to session-related data for the sole purpose of monitoring Credit usage and preventing misuse. Such access does not include rights to evaluate, rank, or certify candidates. The Company defines the scope of enterprise-level visibility and may modify such access controls at its discretion.
Enterprise Users must ensure that all authorized individuals comply with these Terms. Enterprise Users are responsible for the actions of users operating under their allocated accounts. Any misuse, account sharing, false information, or policy violation by an associated user may result in suspension or termination of the enterprise account.
The Company reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at its sole discretion. Suspension may be temporary or permanent. The Company may take such action to protect the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Platform. The exercise of this right does not require prior judicial or administrative determination.
Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, account sharing, creation of multiple accounts, use of disposable or anonymous email addresses, submission of false or misleading information, circumvention of payment or Credit systems, unauthorized automated access, reverse engineering attempts, breach of confidentiality obligations, or any unlawful activity. The Company may also suspend accounts in response to suspected fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or security concerns. Enterprise accounts may be suspended if any associated user engages in conduct that violates these Terms.
The Company is not obligated to provide advance notice prior to suspending or terminating an account. Suspension may occur immediately upon detection of a violation or suspected violation. The Company is not required to provide a detailed explanation for suspension decisions. The absence of prior notice does not limit the Company’s enforcement rights.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform and submitting a request for account deletion in accordance with the Company’s procedures. Termination initiated by the User does not entitle the User to any refund or reimbursement. The User remains responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination.
Upon suspension or termination, the User’s right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. The Company may deactivate login credentials and restrict access to stored content. Upon confirmed account deletion, the Company will delete or irreversibly de-identify User data, including resumes, interview data, and AI Outputs, in accordance with its data retention practices. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and may be overwritten or deleted on a rolling basis, subject to applicable law.
All fees paid for Credits are non-refundable, including in cases of suspension or termination for violation of these Terms. Unused Credits are forfeited upon termination. The Company is not liable for any loss of access, data, or Credits resulting from lawful suspension or termination under this Section.
The Platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by third-party service providers designated by the Company. Server locations may include the United States and other jurisdictions selected to ensure performance, reliability, and security. The Company does not operate its own physical data centers. Data storage and processing may occur within secured cloud environments maintained by reputable infrastructure providers and, where applicable, within the User’s local device environment. The Company reserves the right to modify hosting providers or server locations at its discretion.
The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect User data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Data transmitted between the User and the Platform is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols. Stored data maintained within Company-controlled infrastructure is protected through secure cloud environments with appropriate logical protections, while data stored on the User’s local device remains subject to the User’s device-level security environment. The Company processes data strictly for Service delivery, analytics, security, and product improvement, and does not use User data for model training or benchmarking.
Access to User data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel strictly on a need-to-know basis. The Platform utilizes authentication mechanisms, including third-party identity and access management services, to control account access. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company may implement monitoring tools to detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts where security risks are identified.
Payment transactions are processed exclusively through third-party payment processors. The Company does not directly store full payment card information on its systems. Payment data is handled in accordance with the security standards of the relevant payment processor. The Company disclaims liability for security breaches or failures attributable to third-party payment systems.
The Company maintains procedures designed to identify, assess, and respond to suspected security incidents affecting the Platform. In the event of a confirmed data security incident, the Company will take reasonable steps to mitigate risks and comply with applicable legal notification requirements. The Company reserves the right to determine the scope, timing, and manner of any such notification in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
While the Company implements commercially reasonable safeguards, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The User acknowledges that the transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks.
